Brian is very professional and also friendly. One of the most important things in this business is to have someone who is very responsive and quick to answer any questions. Brian is that person. Every time I contacted him, he responded to me almost immediately! I was always given a quick answer or if he had to find out more information from another source, he was on it! It was nice having him bother other people instead of me bothering them! He helped me communicate/negotiate with the seller, communicate with my loan officer, escrow, and more! He is still "holding my hand" even after closing escrow. House buying can be a nightmare, but Brian makes it possible.
